Me and 9 others all ordered a shirt (Columbia concept kit) for our 7aside team, the top didn’t turn up with in the week and my mates looked at a few reviews to which we saw there was a lot of bad reviews so had doubts that they would turn up at all,

Had to return my item as it was too small, I emailed to explain and got a response within 5mins, re ordered and was delivered promptly, excellent customer service.
